A souvenir photo from the longest beach on the Riviera.
MomentoSnap is installed on the Tučepi beach promenade - the pine-shaded walkway running the full length of one of the longest pebble beaches on the Makarska Riviera. Stand in front of the booth and the wall of Biokovo rises behind you while the beach curves away toward Makarska. Touch the screen, pose, pay, and walk away with a printed keepsake plus a free high-resolution digital copy on your phone - all in about fifteen seconds, no operator, no queue, no app to install.
- Address
- Tučepi beach promenade, 21325 Tučepi, Croatia
- Open
- Every day - the booth is on the open promenade and accessible at any hour. The booth itself runs 24/7 once you reach the beachfront.
How to find it
Tučepi sits on the coastal road D8, about five kilometres southeast of Makarska. The village stretches along the sea, and the promenade runs the whole length of the beach - the MomentoSnap booth is on the walkway with Biokovo framing the skyline behind it.
If you're driving, turn off the D8 toward the seafront and park near the marina or one of the beachfront hotels - everything on the promenade is within an easy, flat walk from there.
Coming from Makarska, you can also arrive on foot: the coastal path continues south past Nugal beach and into Tučepi - a scenic walk of about an hour along the sea.
Best time to come
Late afternoon is the sweet spot. Biokovo catches warm golden light, the beach empties into the slow rhythm of the evening promenade, and the print you take home looks nothing like a phone snapshot. Early morning is quieter still - the sea is glassy and the mountain sharp before the heat haze sets in. The booth handles full Dalmatian sun all day without a problem.

About Tučepi
Tučepi is one of the oldest settlements on the Makarska Riviera. The original village grew on the slopes of Biokovo - the stone hamlets of Gornji Tučepi, surrounded by terraced olive groves and vineyards - while the shore below was farmland dotted with Roman-era remains. When tourism arrived in the twentieth century the village gradually moved down to the sea, and today Tučepi is best known for its beach: a pebble crescent stretching several kilometres along a pine-lined promenade, often called the longest on the Riviera. Behind it all stands Biokovo, the limestone massif that gives every photo taken here its dramatic pale-grey backdrop.
Frequently asked
Where exactly is the MomentoSnap booth in Tučepi?
On the beach promenade that runs the length of the Tučepi waterfront. Look for it on the walkway with Biokovo rising behind it - you'll pass it strolling between the marina and the beachfront hotels.
Do I need to pay separately for the photo booth?
Yes. The promenade is free to walk; the booth itself is paid on the spot by coin or contactless card. One photo includes both a printed 4×6 copy and a free digital download via QR - no separate charge for either.
Can I take a group photo?
Yes. The framing is wide enough for a group of up to about six people, with Biokovo and the beach visible in the background. Move closer together if you want more of the mountain; spread out for more of the sea.
What is the weather like - will the booth work in rain?
The booth is weatherproof and designed for outdoor use in all conditions. Dalmatian summers are reliably sunny; if you do visit on a grey day, the Biokovo backdrop is still dramatic and the booth prints without a problem.
Is the print included in the price, or just the digital copy?
Both are included in a single payment. Every session gives you a printed 4×6 keepsake on glossy water-resistant paper, plus a free high-resolution digital copy via a unique QR code printed on the back.
Is the booth open at night?
Yes. The promenade stays lively into the late evening in summer and the booth runs 24/7. An evening shot with the promenade lights and Biokovo silhouetted behind you makes a different kind of photo altogether.
