Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use a MomentoSnap outdoor photo booth or this website. The service is provided by MomentoSnap d.o.o., Štrigova 99a, 40312 Štrigova, Croatia, OIB 76794616394 ("MomentoSnap", "we"). By starting a session on a booth you accept these terms; consumer rights that apply under the law of your country are not affected.
1. The service
A MomentoSnap booth lets you take a photo, optionally apply an AI background or filter, pay, and receive a printed 4×6 photo plus a free digital copy via a QR code. Booths are unattended and operate year-round outdoors; availability of a specific booth is not guaranteed.
2. Prices and payment
The price is shown on the screen before you pay and includes VAT. You can pay by coin or contactless card, as offered on the specific booth. Card payments are processed by an independent payment provider; MomentoSnap never sees your card details. A receipt is issued according to the fiscal rules of the country the booth is in.
3. Prints, digital copies and problems
Once paid, the photo is printed immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the booth fails to print, prints a damaged photo, or takes your money without delivering, contact us (section 8) with the booth location, date and time — we refund or resend. The digital copy is available through your QR code for the period stated in our Privacy Policy (by default 30 days); download it in time.
4. Your photo and the public gallery
You own your photo. You grant MomentoSnap a licence to process it only to provide the service (printing, delivery, optional enhancement). If you tick the box to share the photo in the public location gallery, you additionally allow MomentoSnap to display it on momento-snap.com until you withdraw that consent or the gallery retention period ends. You confirm that everyone in the photo agrees to this. We do not use gallery photos for advertising without asking you separately.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the booth to create unlawful, hateful, obscene or harassing images, or images of people who have not agreed to be photographed. We may remove such photos from the gallery and refuse service. Do not damage, tamper with or obstruct a booth; the booths are monitored remotely and damage will be pursued.
6. Liability
MomentoSnap is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory consumer law. Otherwise our liability for a single session is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost or unclaimed prints, for a QR link you did not download in time, or for weather, network or power conditions outside our control.

Content on momento-snap.com is provided for information. Location galleries show photos shared by visitors with their consent; if you appear in one and want it removed, see our Privacy Policy. Third-party links are not under our control.
8. Contact, law and disputes
Contact: info@momento-snap.com. These terms are governed by Croatian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at momento-snap.com/terms.
